If you’re interested in exploring the tarot’s wisdom with an objective, empathetic, and professional reader who will gently push you to gain a deeper understanding of, and confidence in, your discernment and intuitive knowing, I’m probably your gal. Every reader has a different style, and only you will know if one reader or another is best for you and the query you’re interested in exploring. I take a very conversational approach in my readings, asking questions as they come to me and inviting querents to share as much or as little about their situations as they would like. This sometimes means that we examine emotionally raw material, but you are always in control of how vulnerable your reading becomes. That depends on your definition of psychic! I think we all have the ability to pick up on truths that can’t be explained through logical means and I definitely rely on my intuition during readings, but I don’t consider myself a psychic reader. I am far more interested in using the tarot as a tool for self-exploration and as a way of teasing out our subconscious understanding of the world.

While I certainly believe the tarot has accumulated a wealth of esoteric and psychological knowledge over the centuries, I find its core magick in its mundane roots: as a game that was meant to be played. I firmly believe that an active spirit of play is key to building a deeper relationship with the cards and with one’s intuition. By deconstructing our beliefs about what is or isn’t possible, we learn more about what we want from our lives, identify limiting or self-sabotaging thought-patterns, and open ourselves up to ourselves. That, in my humble opinion, is what tarot is all about.

I started reading the tarot for myself on a whim during a stressful and isolated time in my life, not really connecting the impulse to my estranged father’s time as a reader. It wasn’t until he passed away that this connection felt significant and urgent; after seven years of studying and reading the cards for myself, I committed to reading for others as I moved through my grief.

I’m a Virgo Sun and Mercury with a Capricorn Moon and Rising. My chart is dominated by earth, which is why my readings are so focused on empowering querents to take tangible steps toward their goals. I want folks to leave their readings with the tools necessary to implement the cards’ wisdom in concrete ways that feel right to them.
